Nori seaweed sheets and other seaweeds

The right selection of nori sheets is important for perfect sushi rolls.Good nori seaweed holds sushi together and is slightly crispy.The quality of the nori seaweed is represented in different grades. Chefino offers 3 different quality levels: Gold, Silver, and Blue.

The Japanese distinguish the quality of nori sheets, for example, by:

• their color: the darker, the higher quality
• their thickness: the thicker, the better
• their evenness: the fewer holes, the better the quality
• their shine: the more, the higher quality
• their purity: the fewer other algae processed, the better

Kizami Nori seaweed consists of finely cut Nori sheets that are used as a topping in Japanese dishes.
