Tamari sauce and soy sauce
What is the difference between Tamari sauce and soy sauce?
Tamari Sauce is mainly made from soybeans without wheat. It is very dark and has a very strong aroma. If it contains no wheat at all, the Tamari is gluten-free. All other soy sauces, also called Shoyu, contain more or less wheat.
