Description LKK Oyster Sauce 510 g

Oyster sauce is a classic Chinese sauce. The LKK Panda oyster sauce has a mild taste. It contains a high proportion of oyster extract and has a lot of umami, called "xian wei" in Chinese. The consistency is thick.

Compared to fish sauce, oyster sauce is less salty and sweeter due to the addition of sugar.

use

The LKK oyster sauce can be used for:

  • Stir-fry dishes: Ideal for seasoning fried vegetables, meat, or seafood.
  • Marinades: Perfect for marinating meat to achieve a deeper flavor.
  • Sauce base: Can serve as a foundation for various sauces to give them more depth.
  • Pasta dishes: Adds a special touch to fried noodles or rice noodles.
  • Soups: A dash in soups enhances the umami flavor.
  • Dips: Can be mixed with other ingredients and used as a dip for Dim Sum or spring rolls.
  • Grill dishes: Ideal for brushing on grilled meat during grilling.
  • Vegetable dishes: Enhances the flavor of steamed or fried vegetables.
  • Rice dishes: A spoon over steamed rice adds extra flavor.
