Description Furikake Arare
Furikake is a crispy Japanese seasoning mix that is used in Japan as a rice seasoning. Arare rice balls, known in Japan as Bubu Arare, are a rice snack and can be used for your own Furikake seasoning mixes or simply enjoyed as they are as a topping, for example, for leaf salads or cucumber salad. They are also exciting as a coating, for example, for fish, similar to a Panko coating.
This product comes from the range of FoodConnection, a provider specializing in exceptional foods for fine dining since 2003, and is now also offered for ambitious home cooks.
