Its taste is sweet and sour, fruity and aromatic. The aging in wooden barrels adds vanilla notes.
About the manufacturer
The vinegar manufactory Acetaia Leonardi from Modena in Emilia Romagna has been dedicated to the production of balsamic vinegar since the mid-19th century.
